About me
I use technology to change how businesses work, and these days that work is mostly about AI and data. As EVP & Chief Technology Officer, Services at Mastercard, I lead the engineering organization that builds the products & enterprise data & AI platforms powering our global business. My job is to turn those capabilities into real outcomes: innovative products, faster decisions, lower cost to run.
I've spent nearly 30 years doing this across financial services, life sciences, education, media and telecom, as both a CTO and a CIO. The thread through all of it is transformation — built on strong teams, the right culture, and a habit of innovation.
At the London Stock Exchange Group I held the combined CTO and CIO role, modernizing the technology behind core financial markets and standing up an enterprise AI platform on frontier models.
At Johnson & Johnson MedTech I led a cloud-first transformation of the business and built the Digital Surgery Platform, connecting robotics, IoT and AI to change how surgery is done and reshape the clinical experience.
I'm an engineer who speaks the language of the boardroom and the engineer's bench. I lead by clearing obstacles for the people closest to the work, and I love building diverse, global teams that move with urgency and own their outcomes.
